Every family and nanny signs a Family/Nanny Work Agreement to make sure everyone is clear about their role and feels secure. We provide support throughout your time working with a family.
And just so you know, we never take a cut of your pay. Your hard-earned money stays with you where it belongs.

STEPS TO APPLY
Fill out our application. Here we gather information about you, including your personal and professional history. The more information you give, the better match we can make! Please have a current resume and picture ready to attach to your file.
2. AGENCY INTERVIEW WITH MINNEAPOLIS POPPINS
After we receive your application, we will call you at the number provided to set up your agency interview.
3. SUBMIT YOUR REFERENCES
We require 2 professional, childcare references and 2 personal references. Please have their phone number and email to place in our application.
We recommend letting your references know ahead of time that you are applying for a job and they may be contacted.
4. COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK
Once your application is processed, you will receive an email from our background check company. Follow the prompts to fill out and pay for your background check ($34 one-time fee).

5. INTERVIEW WITH FAMILIES
Once your profile is complete, Minneapolis Poppins will get to work matching you with families. We will contact you to set up interviews to find your perfect match.
