Finding the Right Nanny Takes Time – Here’s What to Expect
At Poppins, we know how important it is to find the right nanny, and we’re here to make the process as smooth and successful as possible. On average, placements take two to 10 weeks, as we carefully match families with qualified caregivers. We start by sharing your job with our active nannies, then expand the search if needed—screening candidates, conducting background checks and ensuring the best fit. Families can help by responding quickly, keeping an open mind and scheduling interviews promptly.
To ensure plenty of time for a great match, we recommend starting your search three months in advance. We appreciate your patience and are excited to help you find a wonderful nanny. If you need care in the meantime, we may be able to offer temporary babysitting options.
